Southwell, with its independent boutiques, delis, shops and cafes is a delight! Explore winding pathways and beautiful walks in open countryside. It is perhaps most famous for its Bramley Apple Heritage and the Stunning Minster which dates in part from 12th century.

Further afield, you will find The Major Oak, Rufford and Clumber Parks and the National Trust Workhouse. These all make for wonderful days out. Visit the caves in Nottingham, the castles of Nottingham, Newark and Lincoln and enjoy the theatres, pubs, garden centres and shops, all of which are plentiful in the area.
White Post Farm, Wheel Gate and Ferry Farm Park are a ten minute drive away and always popular with our younger guests. Or Newark Air Museum, Numerous Golf Clubs locally and Eden Hall Spa may perhaps appeal?
Lincolnshire Aviation Centre and the Battle of Britain Memorial is approximately 40 minutes drive away.
